Admissions Process

Apply to Holy Cross

Step 1: Create Admissions Parent Account

       Start your application by creating an account for FACTS Admissions Parent

       District Code: ARCHSATX-DIO

       You will receive an email from FACTS Support with a link to create your username and password. The link will remain active for 6 hours.

Step 2: Start the Application

       Once logged in, you can begin the application. Each section will show a green checkmark once completed.

Step 3: Review & Submit - there is no application fee!

       After all required fields are completed, click “Review & Submit” to finalize your application.


Submit Required Documents

Documents must be uploaded directly with your application.

Required documents:

  • Most recent report card, progress report, or high school transcript

  • Most recent standardized test scores (NWEA, STAAR, PSAT, HSPT, Stanford, Iowa, etc.)

  • 504 Plan (if applicable)


Admissions Decision

Applicants must complete all requirements before an admissions decision can be made. Once accepted, you'll receive instructions on how to complete enrollment.
